Massage 30 mins - £40.00
Pilates Intro - £120.00 The Pilates intro package is for 3 1 hour sessions 1:1 with our Pilates instructor who will assess your Pilates ability and then make a recommendation either for a suitable class or for a further program of Pilates sessions should you decide to continue
Massage 1 Hour - £60.00 A 1 hour massage with one of our qualified massage therapists. This can either be a relaxing massage or a sports massage to help release any tension in your body. Our massage therapists work closely with our Chiropractors to ensure that we have a multi-disciplinary approach to your care.
New Patient Appointment - £100.00 For new patients only A 1 hour Initial Consultation with a Chiropractor. The consultation is a thorough physical examination where we will examine your posture, movement, reflexes as well as detailed spinal neural function tests measuring how your nervous system is performing and how effectively your body is able to deal with stress. The initial appointment is 1 hour long and includes a video with the online pre-care information and then a 30 minute follow up appointment where we will explain exactly what we found in the initial consultation and how we can help.
Pilates 1-1 - £60.00 1:1 Pilates: 1 Hour session
